In this dream
I lie and scream
For you bid me dirty scheme
I lie asleep
The rats creep
My family weep
Corpse a giant heap
I'm extinct
The smell distinct
All goodbyes small; succinct
I have departed
For I fly away and dream
Wonder, wait and deem
Is this all of what seem?
Will I be left unaided?
Life jaded?
In this bed
The dirty, rotten sheets I shed
Try to relax the head
For I really thought I was dead
But know I wonder what lies ahead
