I'll let you be my angel
I want you to protect me
I want to see your love
I want you to defend me
I'll give you my heart
When its all bent ut of shape
It only beats for you
The one my love holds its place
I need you to save me
From all the world of hate
I want you to shield me
From the untold true fate
I need you to feel me
Through all this thick haze
I need you to hold me
And hide me from depressed gray days
I need you to listen
To my cries in the black sky
I need you to love me
Please don't wait til those roses die
I want you as my love
I want you as my man
You can be my guardian
If there's one person
Who can do all these things
Then you
My guardian angel
can.
