Simplicity Revealed
The way you act,
Can brighten my day.
You can find that,
One needle in that stack of hay.
The sound of your voice,
Can lift my spirits high.
You can clear the clouds,
That covers the radiant sky.
Though you don’t know,
How much you affect me.
There’s a lock on my heart,
And you hold the key.
Deciding to do this,
Took a lot of time.
As hard as I try,
I can’t find the right rhyme.
As you can tell,
I’ve been holding it in.
It never seems to fill,
Like a bottomless tin.
My heart seems to lift,
Whenever I see your smile.
Each day starts off,
Battling a new trial.
Though I try and pretend,
That I have no feeling.
You came along,
And offered a new healing.
