Eyes
My eye color is brown
And one of you has it too
Although “just” brown
At first glance
There are a million differences
Between my eye …
And yours
I have light brown eyes
Some say it’s not brown
Some say its hazel
Most say it’s ordinary…
Common
I say it’s brown
But In The Whole I am agreed with
But I do know
Out of all this uncertainty
That my eye color is different
One pigment of color less
One pigment of color more
Your color and my color
Will never be the same
Blinded by the norm
Our eye color is put into categories
No bother to look closer
To see the reality
My eye color is unique
And so is yours
It may seem ugly, beautiful or plain
But it will never be ordinary
