As The Piano Echoes
The room is calm
Quiet..
The loud music disapears..
The voices fade away into shadows
The room goes dark
The lights burnout..
All I could hear now
Was the gentle sound
The sound of a piano playing
It plays quietly
Echoing..
Then i see it
Then i feel it
Every piece of me
Fading
Breaking
I look up and all i see is..
Her..
Dancing with some other guy..
I look down to hear the piano play
again
Echoing as I close my eyes
I could hear the laughter
The music
She's happy..
Perfect..
The piano then plays its last note
And as it stops I open up my eyes..
To see nothing...
The dance floor was vacant
I was standing alone..
With my head down
Saying only one thing..
"She's gone.."
