Gone.
Nobody knows the real her;
The side that’s thirsting to be alive
There she lies,
Deep within the soul behind the broken eyes
Her temper ticks like a time bomb,
Awaiting the day she explodes
She is so lost within herself,
That life as she knew it ticks away
Day by day..
Hour by hour..
Minute by minute..
Life as she knew it fades away
Crumbles away
Decays away
Disappears.
Yet, ever so slightly at a time
So slightly, it could take months to notice
Maybe even years
She wants to be noticed,
Thrives to be seen
But slowly she’s dissolving into the earth
Melting
Evaporating
Gone.
