Untouched
Untouched is my affection for you,
Though we fight and I cry,
And you scream and you lie,
Untouched is my love for you.
When I prayed for an Angel God sent me you.
You were happy and loving and loyal to me,
Though now my judgments hazed,
And it feels like my heads in a daze,
Untouched is my love for you.
I’m torn in every which way.
Do I believe you?
Or believe them?
I pray and I pray and every single day my love for you,
Only grows stronger.
But the problems arise month after month,
And again I’m stuck in this web.
Untouched is my love for you.
Will you show me a way to believe you so I can stay?
Can’t you hear me crying for an answer?
Untouched is my love for you.
