Delighted or Deranged?
Glancing over to my blue and yellow,
Birds that are next to the window. Excited tweets, tweeting excites, The house which fills with light.
Chirping, they seem so happy, over chewing and sometimes laughing.
Playful pecking, no pecking tension.
But, can I please, pose a question? Ever wonder if they're not really that content, But rather in a state of constant torment?
Their minds, driven to insanity, While they tweet on a canopy.
For help they loudly cry.
And we sit idly by.
We ignore it, they implore it, they need change
Are they delighted, or are they deranged?
