You claim you don’t feel pain,
I do.
You claim you like being alone,
I don’t.
You claim you can’t be hurt,
I can.
You may be all rough, impenetrable edges,
But I’m not.
I’m naive and trusting.
Easily taken advantage of,
easily let down,
easily hurt.
Girl’s hearts are fragile,
handle with care.
