Forbidden Attraction
It began with simple contact
And progressed with continuous exposure
I didn't know it at the time
But it was about to become my world
The first time was such a rush
I couldn't believe the feeling I got
But then one became two and two became three
My friends then began to question me
"Are you sure you know what your getting into?"
"No, but I love it.
To tear us apart
Would be too cruel for words"
A thirst that cannot be quenched
A plan with no end game
It seems the world wants us apart
But I always find a way back to her
I give up my friends
My family thinks less of me
And you just sit there
With a blank expression
I really care about our connection
But it seems one cares more than the other
She has a toxic touch
One that affects me so much
No wonder why everyone shouts no more!
It is a draining relationship
You reap the rewards
I can see clearly
Or can I?
Oh you smiled at me...
