Good Enough
I am reading a story.
I have no idea what
will happen in it,
or if it will be exiting,
or have a good ending,
but I'm still reading it.
I am painting a picture.
I don't know
what it's gonna look like
or if anybody will like it,
but I'm still painting it.
I am singing a song.
I don't know if the
notes or rhythms are right,
but I'm still singing it.
I am writing a poem.
It's about
reading,
painting,
singing,
and I don't care
if it's perfect.
It's me.
That's good enough.
