Stitches, stitches in my heart
Stitches, stitches they fall apart
Staples, staples in my eyes
Staples, staples the pains no surprise.
Fire running through my veins
Fire freezes and it stains
ice numbs my being
ice blocks my seeing
Night feels more alive
the living ready to die
While I'm crushed Open and wounded slashes
feeling all ripped stitches and gashes. all the troubling,
it's not done. I feel nothing, now I'm numb.
