Silence
The truth about silence
Is that its the worst weapon
When you ask me to give you a chance
-Silence-
When you beg me to say something,
with your eyes
-Silence-
It is the easiest way out of things, quickest too.
But after your mom takes me home,
And the moment is over,
And out of natural instinct I say
"Thanks" and "Goodbye."
It isn't so easy anymore.
I'll wish I said something...anything.
Because It'll be some time before
we're together again.
I only wish the truth about silence couldn't kill me.
I know it already has threatened you.
I receive one last attempt of hope
Through a message in my phone.
I love you Ange.
And I want so desperately to kiss you,
To smell your scent on my skin,
To tell you I love you back.
But I don't.
And I kill us both in the only way I know.
-Silence-
