My Christmas List
I could ask for world peace,
Like Ms. America on TV.
I could ask for two front teeth,
Like the boy in that song.
I could ask for no siblings,
Like my fellow teenagers.
I could ask for the new electronic,
But a newer one will come out next month.
I've been extra good this year,
All I want this year,
Is what I had last year.
I wish for my grandma back.
A true Christmas,
Is spent with family,
With laughter and cheer,
My family is gone and I want it back.
Grandma was
The glue of the family.
She brought everyone together,
She made Christmas magical.
I ask for the impossible,
Yet the most practical,
I don't ask for riches
I ask for my family.
Please, Santa
Grant my impossible wish,
If not that's also fine, memories will do,
because all i truly want is a joyous Christmas
