Your Disquise
Such a Disquise
You pull off so greatly,
You were an insider
Now you're a broken bottle in the sand
What a mask
You cover so greatly
Inhibit yourself
To fit in
But who are you, though?
Is your identidy for sale?
Must you flow with the current
Of the estranged?
Flow with all of the rest
You lose yourself for control
All the while, they control you
Don't you see? Are you blind?
You ask yourself from time to time,
"Who am I?"
No one knows, especially you
You are not who you were
Any longer
Trapped inside the downward spiral
Of our society
You won't take a stand
You stay hidden; concealed
While you hinder,
The world abuses you.
