If His Love Were a Sea
If His love were a sea
It wouldn't be fathoms deep
But boundless as the sky
That Earth never scrapes.
Glorious, purified in His palm
Those who seek redemption
Only salvage it through His heart
He's our perfect passage.
He lights the way in blackness
By opening my eyes
To a new truth, I was blind
Now, I follow his thundering foot steps into eternity
Each one splinters the ground
All who are touched rejoice
In His name, he leads our way
He builds hope and penetrates the walls
I thought were permanant.
