"I know how it feels to be completely alone and helpless, and the last thing you want to hear in that situation is, 'It's going to be OK. ' The only thing that seems to really help is that someone else who has felt that low expressing those feelings"

Writing.
Writing
My beautiful words.
Words within my poetry.
The words I worship,
The words I mourn.
The words I cherish.
Words that make my blood run cold.
That make me cry a thousand tears.
The words of my heart.
I lay down my head,
The clock says it is late,
My eyes shut.
Beautiful words
I did not see.
An hour passed,
I did not know.
My mother calls my name.
And sleepy words
Begin
To
Flow.

I fell asleep writing, and words began to flow.

&ldquo; If the person you are talking to doesn&#039;t appear to be listening, be patient. It may simply be that he has a small piece of fluff in his ear.&rdquo; <br /> ― A.A. Milne, Winnie-the-Pooh

"know" and "Flow" add a nice softness, dreamlike aspect to the poem...like an afterthought of a rhyme. Like the words this poem is about, it flows nicely and the enjambment you've used works well.
