one of the strongest ones in us
through all the pulls rips and tears
it manages to heal itself again and again
but this time, it gave up on me.

how come the only way to see how much i truly love you
is to see how far i fall when i don't have you
this time i fell farther than ever before
i didn't think the landing would hurt this bad
i can usually recover myself
but now only words of sorrow can escape my lips

i start to sweat, and chills wont stop running through my spine
but now that i know you don't love me
tears start to burn my eyes

they run down my face while i stare at my ceiling
