I know we're young and only kids
But I know that I care and love you deeply
I can't help but be so frighten from the thought of losing you
Just the thought of you walking away from me makes my heart ache in roaring pain
Whenever I'm with you I can't help but feel so alive...safe...happy...
Your touches are so welcoming and full of love and trust
Wither ten,hundred,thousand, or a million miles away I'll be there for you
My heart cries out for your warm kiss and lingering hug
Our love is a unbreakable force that will live on for entirely
Our love is immortal so that it can never die...

This is a very sweet poem, a lot of the lines are just amazing! Like the last one, it was great. The only thing that I would change is the wordiness. I know that you want to get all your feelings across, but too many words kind of steal from the effect.

Cute, Well expressed feelings. "Our love is a unbreakable force that will live on for eternity". I like how you word it as a fact and not a question.
