Ground tearing away
What you thought you knew
Breaking into pieces.
Shifting, splitting, breaking,

falling
apart, and ruining it all.
Exposing something new,
exotic, and intriguing
Abruptly cutting

in
your friendship and your life.
Friendship, sprinting away
from you, revealing
the one thing you may fear:

love.
