The true friends are the ones who can get you to laugh even in your darkest depressions. ~Me

Why is it so hard?
Why is life so hard?
All work,
And hardly any joy.

Tell me,
What's the point?
Why is life so hard?
Why does it have to be so hard?

Too busy for love,
Even if it lived next door,
It's too busy to know,
I'm too busy to show,
That I'm in love, so.

Why is it so hard?
Why is life so hard?
What did I do wrong?

Why is life so boring?
Oh, tell me how,
Life is hard, yet so boring?

Math, is an irritating nuisance,
Friends, hardly any time for,
My self, minimum,
Love, no time to confess to!

Why is it so hard?
Oh, why does this life seem so...
IM POS I BLE,
When can I just be free?
Even though I'm so lonely,
Maybe if I was free,
I could have said,
SOMETHING!?
Maybe if I was FREE...(?)

I know it's a bit redundant, but that's just how it goes. I hope you know the poem isn't bad just because it’s redundant.
It's a literary element after all!

i like the pattern you have going. try to throw a little mystery in there, because it's always fun to throw in mystery into poems. you dont have to though, it's just what i do because it's my style hahaha. please check out my poems "Ode to Coffee Cups" and "The War". For The War, I would love to see if you could guess the hidden meaning behind it.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

I really like this. I think that everyone finds life impossible at times which makes this poem really relatable. Could you please check out my poem, Once a Survivor Forever a Fighter?
