A Better State of Mind
The first step to finding
a better state of mind
is believing.
Believing that
it will get better. that one
day, you will wake up
and everything- all your
problems
mistakes
and regrets
will just dissapear.
But that's not feasible.
No one is going to jump in
to the picture and sweep you
off your feet.
you're no princess,
none of us are.
You just need to dream.
Dream of better places.
Dream of what you want
to happen.
Believe in yourself. Believe
that it will get better.
If you want to forget the past,
tell yourself to forget it.
It's that simple.
Because, after a while, if you tell yourself
the same lie over and over,
eventually you start to
believe it.
