Gone far too soon
Fours walls still hold inner works
Yet since tragedy of one’s mind
Lost to an unknown battle
Rocked the foundation
Maybe for fleeting moments came together
Untimely shattered
Pieces still live lives they never had
Breathing yet frozen, old reminders
Hold fast to divine broken ties
Personalities shifted now together. Irritable
Remainders of elder trace lingers, despite years past
Haunt hollowed hallways, or worse of heavy hearts
Moments captured on film tell of demise
Small glowing with life’s eyes
Until weighed down by not foretold
Yet worried fatalities of guilty genetics
But a bystander in the scheme
Unworldly connection, similar strangers
Eyes still radiate kindness from beyond the grave
Behind dreaming lies, a life did save
