Tradgedy's Desire
Pain surrounds me, swirling and choking me
It blinds my already stinging eyes
Hiding what I already can barely see
Through the thick fog of grief and sorrow
It is hiding what love and happiness tries to save me
People love me, trying to save me from hate
People hate me, trying to knock me down
But I won’t let them, life is to glorious to give away
I will savor it, seeing the things that will befall me
In later life, I will love and find the one
I will find my true friend, the trusting one
Pain will flitter away in the cool breeze,
Calming my torn and broken heart
A glass heart beats in me,
Fragile, but loved.
For pain is now, but love comes soon
And then my happy ending befalls me.

One word: Amazing.
It's something teens can relate , since so many go through depression. Love it, and glad to see you've recovered from your depression.
