A Bucketful of Dreams
For her, much suffering ceased pain, rather than cause it,
Those jewels in her eyes were reminiscent of perfect cut diamonds,
A prism of light deflected from her eyes and was absorbed by less worthier beings.
Maybe there was a human showing more compassion,
I can only wonder how much one would have to wander to find
A life with love for whom who love their lives more than anything else in the world.
For you, it is hard to abandon luxury, the essence of comfort,
Soaps and onions, maybe, but the ocean of money has dried up,
A bucketful of sadness is considerably lighter than a bucketful of coins.
