thick muscled body
sandy brown fur
fire in the eyes
fury and rage in the heart
stalking and crouching
sharp blades revealed
body cloaked by the darkness
awaiting its next juicy morsel
to come ambling along
muzzle pulled tight
uncloaking jagged off white daggers
stained brown by the blood
ears laid down flat
ready to pounce
hind legs pulled tight









it smells the aroma
of sweet death arriving
a growl forms deep in the throat
and the springs unleash
full force on the target
daggers penetrating
deep inside
blades slashing and tearing
thick crimson oozes and drips
hearing the drum
ease and give out
this weapon of destruction
has won yet again
