Jonathan Birke
I am nobly known
as genuine Jonathan B.
I concededly come from
a long line of amazing ancestors.
Known for our adamantine ambition
we will not stop until we reach our outstanding goals.
I come from two tenacious people I call my parents
whose notable names are Scott and Mary.
I have many admirable traits,
but I am most proud of my monotonous ambition.
The summer of 2010 I heard the negative news,
Junior Varsity school sports had been discontinued.
How utterly unfortunate it was,
for freshman of our school.
I made a decisive decision that day
to practice precisely every day until lacrosse season.
When tryouts abruptly arrived
all of my hard work had peculiarly paid off.
I miraculously made the team
and played in every brutal battle.
In the future lies several success stories
one being my meaningful college decision.
I hope to attend an impressive Ivy-League school
and potentially play college lacrosse.
