His smile
My eyes easily found yours, walking through these halls
Your smile allowed my mind to expand
My heart, wide-open
Time, wasting
And we were only waiting for "eventually"
My heart felt the crumbling of neglect and the warmth in your arms
Like in lost sea, don't know whether to predict good or bad weather
It was difficult to understand your lingo
It was difficult for me to hear you say these wrong words about the girl you fell for
It was hard, really hard for me to accept my body and my appearance
You told me I was too chubby to be dating you
You told me I was the prettiest girl you have ever seen
You told me I was a sweet heart
You told me I was dumb and weak
All these thoughts and tribulations have caught up and ate each other like cannibals stuck on an island
I ponder and reminisce the times we had
but I never knew how cruel you were behind that innocent smile
The smile that led me to you
