Falling from the sky
Spreading wings
And learning to fly
Swirling through the air
Twirling through the clouds
Skydiving without a parachute
You feel so free

That's what you want them to think
You fall,
But you don't spread wings
You spiral through the sky
Hoping someone will catch you

I look up, you seem like a bird
Or maybe a plane
Soaring high above the ground
Nobody notices you want to fall
You want to drop

You're about to come down,
And hit the ground
Revealing your true intentions
But someone was there to catch you
They were always there to catch you
Waiting for the right moment
It's time to turn back the clock,
And this time I won't let you drop

This really good! I like the voice you use through out the poem, it's very strong and allows readers to feel what you're writing about. If you could, check out my writing! I just posted my first free verse.
