From Above
They lied to me when they told me I could drink you away.
No one knows it gets harder everyday.
I'll never understand why your gone.
It's all so wrong.
It's unbelievably hard getting used to you not being here.
I have had to switch my life into completely different gears.
There are days when all I can do is think about you.
Some days I'm not even sure what to do.
You were my life.
Seems just like yesterday we were being pronounced husband and wife.
Everyday the smile gets harder to fake.
All the pain I've learned to take.
You are someone I could never replace.
You made me feel so safe.
You were my one and only love.
Now you smile and look down on me from above.
