Blizzards
Blizzards,
like someones draping thick white sheets overhead.
I like blizzards, the chance to walk out into the open
as if theres nothing there.
The blankness
all around is like a blank slate
for you to feel like you’re alone and fiercely floating off,
to ponder and create your own daydream.
Your imagination fills up the infinite spaces,
only for it to all be quickly erased, to start
a different path and create your journey.
Your mind is held free
So float on and enjoy the ride, you never know where
Your next blizzard might take you.
