Perfectly Flawed
The world is falling on me
Trying to break me apart
These days I get a lot of free advice
As no one likes my peace of mind
Pulling me inside the tunnel with them
Where the creatures with self -hatred self- pity
Take there abide
And making me feel like culprit
Being happy in my cover
they want to see me as them
waking up every morning
and crying for what I am
seeing faults in my features
and asking god to make me perfect
and when nothing happens
try make others feel like myself
don’t they see that
there faults are making them unique
better than any one in the world
cause world sees you with your eyes
only if they open there eyes
they can see the light on the other end of the tunnel
and then they just have to walk through it
and be perfectly them
What is perfect
Who is perfect
I say that I am perfect
Not for the world but for myself
Cause if I were perfect for them
I wouldn’t be me
And then they wouldn’t be them
