Staring
Loneliness is what I'm feeling,
As I stare up to the ceiling.
Not as daring,
As I keep staring.
It's like the ceiling is staring too,
At me, then at you.
Why you,
And why does the ceiling seem to stare too?
Why not me,
So it can leave you be?
But if it stared at me,
Then there wouldn't be anyone to stand next to, you see?
If the ceiling stared at you,
It wouldn't notice me, but you
If the ceiling stared at me,
It would stare beyond me.
It would reach you,
And leave my world blue.
