Lovely words scrawled on to the paper,
she sighs deeply,
yearning for a true companion.
However loneliness has consumed her.
It stole the joy from her lips,
the wonderful thoughts,
and the spirit in her heart.
Her wild imagination
has gone completely.
Loneliness has taken everything.
But now she wants to go back.
Memories are haunting her.
Her mind is running in circles.
Secrets are unraveling.
Her bones are shivering.
She can't take it anymore.
Nostalgia has won.
