Nightmare
Shivering in the night, coldness overwhelms the body
Taking you into another dimension
It’s dark
There’s no escape
You’re trapped between reality and a horrible fantasy
Until the morning when you are finally released, but never really let go
The memories remain
The taste of pure sweat, dripping from your forehead, as your trying to run away
From the evils of all your fears
The gruesome screaming, pure agonizing pain
The crying, the surrender
The heavy breathing, trying to remain calm
To survive
It’s a haunted house, a horrible place, hell
Its dark, you can’t see anything
You’re helpless and alone
Until you wake up
