New Horizons
Sitting on my balcony, where I stare in space;
Mesmerized by the shy as time passes by.
Changed my life by mercy and grace,
On wonder why they look at me and despise.
Sitting on the roof, where no one can find me;
Telling stories no prof,
Why don't that surprise me?
Sitting on a plane, fleeing the blame;
Why do all these apologies sound the same?
Sitting in a cloud, where my thoughts are so loud;
I finally know my destination; and I won't stop now,
I'm having a celebration let me be proud.
