The Dreadful Drive
I get my things and walk into the car.
I wonder if it is a real good day,
Something like a sunny day in May.
The school is very old and really far
But on the road was something quite bizarre,
A man holding something that looked like clay.
I looked and laughed and quickly drove away
A parking lot contained a lone squad car.
It stared me down as I slowed to a stop.
I pulled up to the parking lot in school
When I tuned off the car and looked at the school I wanted to slack
Suddenly something in my brain just popped
I was a joke nothing more than fool
While looking at the school I realized I forgot my backpack.
