The Card Game of Life
the cards are laid down on the table …..all players were dealt a label
drunkards, smokers, lairs, thieves, all of these things come with needs
freaks, geeks, teachers pet, all theses things can cause a fret
the cards show the names of the players but all there labels stay hidden under the table
behind the cards the players think of there next move
but some of them are headed towards doom
and others are led towards success but still they choose to not see the rest
that others are still learning the game
and others are just there for the fame
as the hand is made, the tricks are played
as the players chooses the right card
others are wishing this wasn’t so hard
others are wanting for a certain card to be played
and others are wishing it was a better day
the poker faces hide there thoughts
but the players emotions are never lost
then there last card is placed down for all to see no more secrets around
the poker faces come to an end and the emotions are now set free in the wind
now that its over people can see that winners could be anybody
