Once The Sun Disappears

When the sun goes down,
she won't make a sound.
She lies awake, like every night,
unable to see the beautiful light.
She tries to run, she tries to hide,
but all she can do is lay on her side.
A line here, a line there,
no one will ever care.
She lies awake at night,
trying to keep everything alright.
