We are always
worrying
about what is going
to come next.
Planning out
every second
of our lives.
We are always
worrying
about what happened
in our past.
Thinking about what
we did wrong.
Thinking
about what we could
have done better.
Not very often
do we live in the
moment.
We seldom
relax
and enjoy life.
We don't see the beauty
in the small things
like the sunrise,
or the stars
shooting across
the sky.
