New Tidings
New tidings
Step by step,
A new format,
a new life.
So many new people,
Another social pyramid,
a ring,
the bell,
a breath,
nerves frayed.
The routine begins again,
“Welcome back, this year we will be studying...”
Same as last year,
we will probably hear the same next year.
It never changes.
“Excuse me but where is the english room?”
Once graduation we will reboot,
another new slate then.
Another day,
another life to be lived in four years.
Where did middle school go?
What is next ?
