Always
Dancing shards perotting from the heavens,
In their flowing freefall,
I can hardly see a thing,
Each with its own purpose and design.
Small quakes run through me,
With increasing intensity.
But it’s worth it,
for the reflections of light,
calling softly through the haze,
making the earth shimmer,
and sing “welcome back”.
