God of Ruin
I sit on a throne
Cracked marble and splintered yew
My crown once shone
Tarnished silver with gems askew
In my kingdom I am alone
Alone within these walls of few
The streets still stir when they are blown
With dust and pieces of debris
The market is always crowded
With sunlight
I'm waiting
Waiting for someone to save me
Waiting for someone to sweep me up
Waiting for love
Or maybe just a helping hand
But I'm waiting all the same
And on this throne I'll wait
Alone
And on this throne I'll think
About my queen
About my throne
