Fiend of a friend
When promises are broken
And friendships betrayed
Do new doors open?
Or is there a new blockade?
My thoughts may be clouded
And my back may be turned
But the lies are outstanding
And the bridges are burned
Luck, she does grin
At my fortuitous life
She leads me to sin
But I stay free of the strife
One day she will catch me
She may break me as well
But for now I am care free
Though so nearly in hell
