Wide awake; you know my insomnia well.
Toss, toss, turn, lying there
Now up again
You never were my man
But still here I am
Thinking of you, you, and you
I doubt you'll ever treat me the same
Maybe all I knew was your name
How can I feel so free
When you have me by the throat?
How can my mood be shot
When I live on a castle moat?
You lied, you cheated, you tricked
And I fell like a fool
Though I am not that insane.
