Oh, so flat,
to see for years,
in any direction

Our convoluted criss cross, search
ing for faster-
easier,
contact. Far beyond the rust
of telegraph light speed-

the meshing of
idea
and word shipshape
only
through young, clear, eyes.

As I am, I am Columbus,
but the world wheels inward on me-

And now the world is round.
I have reached India, however, now the world is hollow.
I, need...
I,Columbus
must
touch the sky.
