I have a secret. There is a hidden side of me that I am
Not proud of. Then again, I guess every human being is
Entitled to a secret.

I wouldn’t know how to be faithful if it struck me in the
Face. I write about faithfulness and loyalty all the time, but
Yet I still follow in the same footsteps instead of turning
Onto a different path.

I’m ashamed of my quality. I’m ashamed that I am unable
To come clean to the people I love about my mistakes.
And I am terrified of who I may turn out to be.

That was then. Now, I have God on my side, and I am no
Longer afraid of anything. I am fearless.
