The Beauty of Strangers
The beauty of strangers.
We met once.
Talked about life and such.
Gave each other advice on current problems,
We didn't talk long.
It was short and sweet,
Straight to the point.
Nothing was held back,
No one was judged.
In that small time we accepted each other,
Opened up.
Told our secrets, it was a lovely experience.
The small talk faded,
We said our goodbyes,
The encounter always on my mind.
There is a beauty in two strangers meeting,
It changes your perceptions of the world a little,
You can tell things to a person you'll never meet again.
They have no reason to judge,
Unlike family or friends.
The beauty of strangers.
There will never be a let down.
Never a disappointment.
