My Battered Life

I was made by the heat of the machine
My insides were rising in the circle indentation of the metal tray
As I was taken out
A new layer of colored skin was added on
“Frosting” was what my creators called it
I soon met more of my kind while waiting for my new owner
I am complete as the little children admire my wonderful design
