In return
Water falls into sky
As rocks bounce against the sheen
With the trees flowing
Into the fire
Staring at the blank
The sharp edges of sticks
Snapping under my feet
When blood trickles down the necks of man
The dark colors of the sky
Mixed with the death of life
Smudged into the veins
Of every breathing thing
I stare into nothingness
With darkness sinking in
And pulse slowing down
The flowing stops,
And veins freeze
In return, I feel better not being alive and in pain, but dead and...just ok.
